Processing and Shipping Estimates

Keep an eye on our website banner for the most current processing and shipping estimates. We generally maintain a processing window of 2-3 weeks, but estimates increase to 3-4 weeks during new releases and sales.

Once we have dropped your happy mail off at the post office, we have no control over the shipment and therefore are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please ensure that you use the correct address when checking out to avoid lost or delayed shipment.

International Shipping

We are located in the southeast United States and are currently accepting international orders, with the exception of countries located in the UK, as we are not VAT-compliant. We apologize that we cannot currently ship to the UK, and hope to find a solution to that problem soon.

International customers will be responsible for paying any customs, taxes, or duty fees incurred once the package reaches its destination country. We will not be responsible for any of these fees. Please allow for longer shipping times for orders placed outside of the US!

If you are a customer purchasing from outside of the United States and are submitting information to your local Customs office regarding your order, please be aware that all of our stickers are made in-house, in the United States.

Combining Orders

Please reach out via email within 24 hours with your order numbers and we will most likely be able to accommodate your request.

Cancellations/Returns

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours. The order cannot be cancelled or refunded beyond that time. Although we do not accept returns, please feel free to contact us if you have any issues with your order.

Contact us here, or send us an email at papertrailplans@gmail.com including your full name, order number, and description of the issue. We’ll respond as soon as possible and do our best make it right.

Discount Codes/PR

Only one discount code may be used per order. We cannot combine discounts. If you request more than one PR girl's freebie with your order, you will receive only one of them. Every order will receive the same deluxe shop freebie (which changes every season) regardless of whether you request a PR freebie in the notes to seller. Our former freebies are now available for purchase if you missed out on them or would like to pick them up in multiple foil colors!
